Due to growth, they are seeking a polished and motivated Receptionist / Sales Administrator to join their energetic office in a newly created role.

The Role
Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional front‑of‑house experience
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently
Maintain presentation standards of the reception area and support overall office coordination
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Assist with basic banking duties and postal services
Support coordination of office events and internal functions
About You
Positive, proactive and professional
Solid communication and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow‑up
Well‑presented with a strong work ethic
Real estate experience advantageous but not essential
