La Trobe University is seeking a part time Psychological Health and Safety Business Partner to join the Health and Safety team on a continuing basis. Based at a Victorian campus, the role supports leaders, managers and employees to strengthen psychosocial hazard management across the University.
You will lead psychosocial risk initiatives, integrate psychological health into organisational systems and governance, and develop programs and policies.
