About the Role

Preston Rowe Paterson Sydney is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Valuer to join their skilled valuation team. This role is suited to a Certified Practising Valuer with a solid track record in the property industry, capable of delivering high-quality, compliant valuation advice across a range of property types.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct property inspections and valuation assessments
Prepare accurate, independent valuation reports in accordance with API standards
Analyse market data, comparable sales and local property trends
Strong analytical and report-writing skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities
Ensure compliance with regulatory, skilled and quality requirements
Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

About You
Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification




Minimum 2 years’ post‑qualification experience as a CPV
At least 3 years’ experience in the property valuation industry
Strong knowledge of the Sydney property market
High attention to detail with sound qualified judgement
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
