We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director / Manager to lead our welcoming 53 place early learning centre in Blayney, NSW.
About the Role
This is an exciting chance for an experienced early childhood leader who isstill inspired by the magic of early learningand ready to lead a wondeful team with a culture based on care, quality, and collaboration.
As Centre Director, you will lead the daily operations of the service while inspiring educators, building strong relationships with families, and ensuring the highest standards of education and care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care
Create a positive, supportive, and collaborative team culture
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality requirements
Build robust relationships with children, families, and the local community
Support the implementation of engaging learning programs aligned with the EYLF




Manage centre operations including staffing, enrolments, and administration
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Ispassionate about early childhood educationand still excited about the journey of learning with children
Has strong leadership and team-building skills
Is committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment for children, families, and educators
Holds aDiploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education(or equivalent)
Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
