Marine Rescue Queensland (MRQ) is seeking a capable leader to establish its current identity and oversee the Regional Support Centre. The role will guide and mentor a team around 35 employees, coordinating with up to **** volunteers across the state in boating safety, education, and emergency response.
You will engage with disaster management groups, develop programs with government and Indigenous communities, and drive post-event analyses to improve regional capacity and capability.
