Single level 4 bedroom home, local shops, 5 minutes walk, 10 minutes to Westfield Tuggerah, cinema, restaurants, 10 mins drive to beach, walking track to lake, Libby the Greyhound & Clifford the Tamaruke, both a little anxious & prefer company most of the time, prefer a solo sitter & must be assured sitter will clean up after dos, pick up poo & dispose of in bin on a dailybasis
