The Deputy Director of Nursing & Midwifery Education -Continuing Education & Research is responsible for coordinating the provision of educational & research opportunities for nurses and midwives at Goulburn Valley Health.
It provides direction and leadership in best clinical practice and works collaboratively with other team members within the Centre for Nursing & Midwifery Practice Education and Research (CNMPER) to ensure nurses and midwives can safely maintain practice standards and provide opportunities to extend their practice into more advanced skill areas.
This role primarily focuses on the innovation and provision of educational programs & research opportunities that support the development of nurses & midwives within the clinical setting.
