Harden Grange is seeking a compassionate Care Manager to lead our care team and ensure secure, resident-centred care for our 45-bed home. The role reports to the Residential Service Manager and focuses on governance and quality aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
You will bring AHPRA-registered nursing credentials, at least five years in clinical/nursing leadership (two in aged care), and solid communication and coaching skills.
