Food & Beverage Attendants and Bar Attendants
to join our team across a variety of exciting venues. Whether you're passionate about providing exceptional service in a premium dining environment, enjoy the energy of casual dining, or thrive behind the bar creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Food & Beverage or Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring every visit is memorable from beginning to end.
We welcome applications from candidates on
Working Holiday Visas (subclass 417 and 462)
. Successful candidates can commence on an initial
6-month contract
, with the opportunity to extend for a further
6 to 12 months

Sovereign Dining
An exclusive and luxurious dining destination reserved for our VIP Members. Featuring uninterrupted views of the iconic Sydney Harbour, a sophisticated sunken bar, and a fine dining restaurant offering both Asian and Western cuisines, Sovereign Dining delivers an elevated hospitality experience unlike any other.
A few of your responsibilities:
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently and deliver them in a timely manner.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (Bar Attendant opportunities).
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of venue menus, beverage offerings and current promotions, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Anticipate guest needs and understand their preferences to provide personalised service and recommendations.
Communicate meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen and relevant team members.
Collaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless service.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including setting up and breaking down service areas.
Uphold The Star's high standards of service, presentation and guest engagement.
What we are looking for:
Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant, bar, café or hospitality environment.
Sound knowledge of food and beverage service.
Experience preparing cocktails and beverages is highly regarded for Bar Attendant opportunities.
Passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Solid communication skills and a team-first approach.




Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours.
Current NSW RSA card (or interim certificate).
