Grand Pacific Health seeks a Mental Health Clinician in the North Sydney area for a full time fixed-term role until 30 June ****. You will lead short-term, evidence-based mental health support for older people in residential aged care facilities, completing assessments and delivering therapy in partnership with clients, families and staff.
You will report to the Service Manager within an integrated hub team.
