Support young people who may present with complex needs, including ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), language disorders, and reactive attachment disorder
Assist with daily living routines, meal preparation, hygiene, and medication administration and recording
Use communication supports such as audio devices, pictorial aids, and PODD communication books where needed
Maintain accurate case notes and records in line with Child Safety requirements
Ideal for:
youth workers who are calm and consistent under pressure, confident supporting young people overnight, and experienced (or eager to build experience) in trauma-informed, complex-needs care.

Help young people build the skills and connections to engage safely and confidently with their community.
In this role, you'll:
Support young people to navigate education, employment, housing,

and support services
Build life skills including budgeting, cooking, personal care, emotional regulation, and socialisation
Assist with transport to school, appointments, family contact, and community or recreational activities
Encourage engagement in cultural connections, healthy routines, and community-based programs
Strengthen emotional wellbeing through positive coping strategies and supportive relationships
Work collaboratively with therapists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality support
Ideal for:
