About the firm
This is one of Australia's leading specialist employment law and workplace investigations practices, consistently ranked by Doyle's Guide and Best Lawyers, and a multiple winner of Employment Law Specialist Firm of the Year. With offices in Sydney and Melbourne, the firm advises corporations and government agencies on the full spectrum of employment law — and has built a national reputation for independent, rigorous workplace investigations.
The culture is genuinely collaborative. Hybrid working is the norm, not an exception. Directors are invested in the development of every lawyer in the team, and this is not a firm that expects its lawyers to sacrifice a life outside work.
Salary and Features:
This is a strong move for an employment lawyer who wants high-quality work without stepping into a culture built on burnout.
- $110,000–$170,000 salary package, depending on experience
- Hybrid working is part of the rhythm of the firm
