Access Aged Care is seeking Casual Aged Care Nurses (RN/EN) based in Hobart to support our clinical teams on-site across Residential Aged Care Homes.
The role requires 2 years of aged care experience and AHPRA registration, with flexible rosters and travel within Hobart.
This is a casual, in office position with autonomy and variety.
Ideal candidates will have solid IT skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate telehealth rounds and CGAs in a fast-paced workplace.
