HammondCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator for a 12-month, part time role in the Palliative Care Unit at Neringah Hospital.
You will deliver targeted education programs, mentor nursing staff and collaborate with the Nursing Unit Manager to strengthen person-centred care.
Current AHPRA registration and postgraduate palliative care credentials are preferred.
Certificate IV in Training may be advantageous; engage in quality improvement and education initiatives within a supportive team.
