One of Australia's leading Federal Government agencies is looking to engage an experiencedSenior System Administrator Infrastructure Engineerto support the delivery of secure infrastructure solutions within a critical national security workplace.
The successfulSenior System Administrator Infrastructure Engineerwill be offered an initial12-month contractwith2 x 12-month extension options, basedonsite in the ACT.
The successfulSenior System Administrator Infrastructure Engineerwill play a key role in designing and deploying containerised infrastructure that supports tactical cyber operations, while ensuring secure, scalable and resilient platforms.
The successful Senior System Administrator Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Design and deploy Kubernetes clusters.
Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions.
Integrate containerised workloads with infrastructure.
Deliver secure and scalable deployments.
Collaborate with technical stakeholders.
Document infrastructure designs and procedures.




The successful Senior System Administrator Infrastructure Engineer will have experience in the following:
Demonstrated experience with Kubernetes.
Solid Infrastructure as Code skills using Terraform or Ansible.
Experience securing containerised environments.
Ability to work within Commonwealth delivery teams.
Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP is desirable.
Cyber security or threat hunting experience is highly regarded.
