What will you do?
- Manage a clean, organised, Inner West portfolio
- Pure relationship Management with your landlords & tenants
- Leasing Agents & Property Officers for Support
- No micro-managing - run your own portfolio
- General day-to-day management of portfolio
- No Weekends, No Accounts
- Generous KPI & Commission Structure!
What will you need?
- Current experience in a Property Manager role
- Be organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Harness the ability to provide a high level of service.
- Have knowledge of the local property market & legislation
- Possess excellent people skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Self-motivated, high-standard customer service
