We specialize in supports within the Colac and Greater Otway region.

The Prospect

The Senior People and Culture Business Partner will provide strategic HR partnership and leadership coaching to drive commercially sound decision making across the complete employee lifecycle.

This role will work closely with operational and corporate leaders across the business to support workforce performance, culture, compliance and organisational capability.

The Senior Business Partner role will additionally provide strategic leadership across complex employee relations matters, organisational change initiatives and broader operational risk management.

Responsibilities

- Partnering with operational leaders to drive workforce performance and accountability
- Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives
- Drive change processes, organisational development and design; and projects and implement initiatives
- Offer guidance on workplace relations, policies, remuneration, and conditions
- Manage complex workplace relations issues, lead investigations and make sound recommendations




- Implement a collaborative approach to staff disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
- Support and mentor managers on skill development and competency-building
- Delivering key People & Culture initiatives and projects within your portfolio, while contributing to broader organisational priorities and enterprise-wide programs
- Lead culture and engagement initiatives, monitor employee experience, and contribute to a positive workplace
