An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to step into a role offering a small, manageable portfolio to start with strong growth potential. This position has been created due to continued business growth and increasing demand, allowing you to build and scale your own portfolio over time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage an end-to-end residential portfolio (starting with approximately 30 properties)
- Build and grow the portfolio through new business opportunities




- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections with detailed reporting
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with trades
- Manage arrears, rent reviews, and lease renewals

Leasing support provided — allowing you to focus on portfolio management and growth.

About You

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management
- Confident managing a portfolio end-to-end
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated to grow a portfolio and generate current business
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
