Northrop Consulting Engineers is recruiting a Civil Engineer on the Gold Coast to lead projects from concept through construction. You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and own technical delivery of civil schemes across built form, roads and public spaces.

The role emphasises autonomous work, client-facing responsibilities, and a supportive culture with strong pipeline of diverse civil projects in NSW/QLD VIC regions.
