We're searching for an enthusiastic team player with:

- Proven success in leading and bringing out the best in your team

- Robust child-safe experience and knowledge.

- Strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF

- Proven success in developing strong and meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff

- Can work effectively in and manage a team, with excellent communication skills

- A strong passion for the Early Childhood industry

- Strong experience in programming, planning, creating learning experiences, and organisational skills

- Creates a warm and inviting setting for children and families

What You Need to Apply:

- Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or a Diploma WT their ECT (in an ACECQA Recognised Course).

- Current NSW Working with Children Check & Completed Geccko Mandatory Child Safety Training

- An updated cover letter that highlights why you would like to join Little Seedlings and whether you're applying for a casual or permanent role.

- An updated resume highlighting your experience

- First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willing to obtain)

- The ability to work as a Responsible Person (6:30am - 6pm).
