The Role will Involve

You will work closely with customers to identify,



source and supply the right parts and solutions while building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.

- Processing customer enquiries, orders and quotations
- Interpreting parts requirements using your product and mechanical knowledge
- Providing accurate technical advice and practical solutions
- Managing warranty enquiries, credits and general sales administration
- Assisting with stock control, receipting and occasional warehouse support
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery

The Ideal Applicant

- Experience as a Parts Interpreter, Mechanical or Automotive Technician background
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new product platforms
- A proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team
