Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Senior Case Manager – Supporting Recovery within the Community & Mission team. You will deliver trauma-informed, recovery-oriented case management to victim-survivors of family, domestic and sexual violence in the recovery phase, helping clients move beyond crisis and achieve recovery goals.
You will lead high-risk cases, mentor practitioners and build partnerships with NSW Health and other agencies, contributing to service improvements and best-practice delivery.
