About the Role
As a Lifestyle Officer at St Vincent’s Care Services Edgecliff, you will be part of an experienced, engaged, and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, qualified, and supportive care environment for residents of our 39‑bed facility located just 4 km east of Sydney’s city centre. This is a Permanent Part‑time position with shifts on Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri and Sat (including occasional night shift).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement leisure programs for aged care residents.
- Update resident documentation and assessments as required.
- Execute directives as per individual care plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care.
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate III or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or Diversional Therapy (or equivalent).
- Previous relevant experience in delivering leisure activities to aged care residents.
- Ability to use Clinical and HR systems such as Autumn Care, Kronos, Workday.
- High level of customer service skills, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail.
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (within the last 6 months) is required; NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required.
