Yardperson / Delivery Driver - Cavan, SA

Our client is seeking a reliable Yardperson / Delivery Driver to join their team at their Cavan site. This hands‑on role involves the safe and timely delivery of gas cylinders, maintaining efficient yard operations, and providing excellent customer service.

You’ll work closely with the operations team to meet customer needs, uphold safety standards, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver gas cylinders safely and on time to branches, depots, and customer sites
- Provide professional and friendly service to all customers
- Batch, palletise, load, and scan orders for delivery
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Complete pre‑trip checks, vehicle condition reports, and daily reconciliations
- Maintain yard organisation, conduct stock takes, and ensure a safe, clean work setting
- Assist with barcoding, maintenance, and general housekeeping tasks
- Complete all required paperwork and administrative duties accurately





About You

- MR licence and Forklift licence are required
- Current Forklift Licence (required)
- HR Licence
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and IT knowledge
