The Elegance Lounge is looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated Front of House (FOH) Team Member to join our growing team on a Part-Time basis under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award.

About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest receives warm, skilled service from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Your Responsibilities

- Greeting and seating guests with a welcoming attitude.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serving food and drinks professionally.
- Recommending menu items, specials, and beverages.
- Preparing and serving drinks, including alcoholic beverages where required.
- Processing payments using the POS system.
- Setting up and clearing tables efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming dining environment.
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Delivering outstanding customer service during busy lunch and dinner services.

What We're Looking For





- Minimum 1 year of Front of House/Food & Beverage experience (preferred).
- Experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality venues is highly regarded.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and a willingness to learn.
- Well-presented with a professional appearance.
- Flexible availability
- Current RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain immediately).
- Food Safety Certificate is an advantage.
