SUBCONTRACTOR GARDENER — FULL-TIME (QUALITY-FOCUSED ROLE)NDIS & Aged Care Clients | Stable Long-Term Work

We are a well-established property maintenance business providing ongoing in-home services to NDIS and aged care clients across Sydney.

We are currently seeking a reliable, high-quality subcontractor gardening team to take on a structured full-time schedule (Monday–Friday), with flexibility also available for suitable applicants.

This is stable, ongoing work — not one-off jobs.

What You’ll Receive

Key Responsibilities

- Lawn mowing
- Trimming hedges and shrubs
- Weed snipping if required
- Trimming branches if required

Experience is preferred; however, mindset, reliability, and consistency are more important than years of experience.

Subcontractor Requirements

- ABN (or willingness to obtain one)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work weekdays
- Professional attitude and presentation

Pay & Growth

- Starting rate: $50
- Guaranteed full-time weekday hours available

Subcontractors who consistently deliver high-quality work and maintain strong client feedback are typically reviewed for rate increases over time.
