Great hospitality starts the moment a guest walks through the door. You'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, keeps them informed and helps the team deliver a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

What You'll Do

- Welcome guests with a genuine smile
- Manage waitlists and seating during busy service
- Keep guests informed while they wait
- Help guests find the right dining, bar or function area
- Support the floor team during peak service
- Create a outstanding first and last impression

You'll Bring

- A warm, confident and engaging personality
- Great communication and customer service skills




- The ability to stay calm and organised when it's busy
- A current RSA (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
- Availability to work weekdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and additional shifts during school holidays
