Nurtured Beginnings Condell Park is an owner operated and purpose built 68 place centre on the outskirts of Bankstown. We have a strong emphasis on supporting staff, families and children and are looking for a vibrant and inspired individuals to be a part of a beatiful recent centre and pave the way in the Early Childhood Industry. We are seeking a passionate Cert 3 or Diploma Room Leader for Preschool Room to join our team!

Child Care Educator or Diploma Room Leader

Essential Criteria:

- Must hold a current recognised qualification – Required: Diploma or Cert 3
- Knowledge of EYLF and NQS
- Experience with implementing programs and completing observations.
- Current approved Child Protection Qualification
- Minimum 3 years room leader experience

Required for all roles:

- A genuine love for the industry and desire to do what best for children in your care
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate (ACECQA approved)
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate (ACECQA approved)
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- An energetic, positive attitude and the drive for continual growth
