We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Double Bay!

What you’ll be doing

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through genuine, personalised service
- Build strong customer relationships that drive repeat business and loyalty
- Use your product knowledge and styling expertise to confidently recommend outfits and solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs
- Contribute to a high-performance, sales-focused team environment
- Support visual merchandising, stock processing, and store presentation standards
- Assist in creating an engaging and welcoming store environment that reflects the GAZMAN brand

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in fashion retail environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and achieving sales results
- Confidence in building rapport and creating long-lasting customer relationships
- Strong communication and selling skills
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- A team player who contributes to a supportive and high-performing culture
- Excellent styling and visual merchandising skills




- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday (38 hours per week)
