Experienced or Trainee Beauty & Laser Therapist – Cosmetic Clinic

My Body Vibes is looking for an Experienced or Trainee Beauty & Laser Therapist to join our growing cosmetic clinic group across Melbourne.

This role is ideal for someone who has either studied beauty, dermal therapies, laser, or a related field, or has previous experience working in a beauty, skin, laser, salon, or cosmetic clinic environment.

Full training will be provided for the right candidate; however, we are looking for someone who already has a genuine interest in the beauty and aesthetics industry, a basic understanding of treatments, and a strong willingness to learn and grow.

We have opportunities available across Fountain Gate, Eastland, Bayside Frankston and Doncaster Clinic. Flexibility to work across two or more locations will be highly regarded.

About the Role

As an Experienced or Trainee Beauty & Laser Therapist, you will be trained and supported to perform a range of skin, laser, and body treatments while also developing your consultation, client care, treatment recommendation, rebooking, and sales skills.

This role suits someone who is motivated, professional, well-presented, confident communicating with clients, and passionate about achieving great client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Must Have:

- Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
- Beauty therapy, dermal therapy, laser,



or cosmetic clinic studies; or previous experience in a beauty, skin, laser, salon, or cosmetic clinic environment
- Genuine interest in skin, laser, body contouring, and cosmetic treatments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and follow clinic procedures
- Confidence speaking with clients and recommending suitable treatments
- Willingness to work across two or more clinic locations where required

Highly Regarded:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a beauty, laser, skin, salon, or cosmetic clinic environment
- Experience with laser hair removal, facials, skin treatments, body contouring, or client consultations
- Knowledge of treatments such as HydraFacial, RF Microneedling, HIFU, Fat Cavitation, EmShape, Laser Hair Removal, or similar
- Experience in client rebooking, package recommendations, upselling, or retail sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with and perform beauty, skin, laser, and body treatments once trained and assessed
- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans
- Provide excellent client care and build strong client relationships
- Support client rebooking, package sales, and treatment recommendations
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, professionalism, and clinic presentation
- Follow company policies, treatment protocols,



and training requirements
- Work closely with senior therapists, nurses, and clinic management
