HEAD OF YOUTH GIRLS
THE ROLE
This part time leadership role is perfect for someone who loves football, leads by example, and thrives in developing both players and coaches.
- Organising and leading the Youth Girls programs across Vision Football
- Providing coaching reports for the coaches within each program for and with our Technical Director
- Outlining areas in which the football related aspects of each program can be improved and consulting with our Technical Director to best address them.
- Providing feedback to coaches in real-time, and being confident to deliver necessary feedback to coaches on-field before/after/during sessions
- Active role in session design (in liaison with Technical Director)
- Managing cover with the assistance of our Technical Director
- Engaging in high-level communication with the club representatives on program related issues
This role would be a part time position:
- 30-week commitment (February to August) (+ off-season coaching / trials but separate to this role)
- 15 hours per week expected availability (3 hours per day, 5 days including off-field, on average)
- Weekdays 4-7pm + Sunday AM (flexible on weekdays on-field)
- Compensation ranging from $600-$750 per week incl. Superannuation + pro rata annual/sick leave
