About the Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and health & wellness customers.
You will work closely with internal teams, including R&D;, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Supply Chain, to ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and health & wellness customers.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and become their trusted commercial partner.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through new product development and additional manufacturing services.
- Coordinate customer projects from concept through to commercial production.
- Liaise with internal departments including Production, R&D;, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor customer forecasts and production schedules to ensure seamless delivery.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities.
About You
- Previous Account Management, Business Development or Sales experience within contract manufacturing (CDMO/CMO).
- Experience servicing customers within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, vitamins, dietary supplements, sports nutrition, complementary medicines, or health & wellness sectors.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or TGA-regulated manufacturing environments.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously.
- Commercial acumen with robust negotiation and presentation skills.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
