At Australian Workstation Manufacturers Pty Ltd (AWM), we design and build bespoke commercial joinery and office furniture — from one-of-a-kind reception counters and custom workstations to architectural kitchenettes and feature wall panelling.

Our purpose-built manufacturing in Fairfield East is fitted with the latest machinery and offers a clean, structured, and well-managed working setting. We've recently secured new projects where we’re looking for a skilled Detail Joiner or Shopfitter to join our team.

About the Role
You’ll join our factory team working on high-end custom joinery projects for commercial interiors. Most work is workshop-based, with occasional site work for detailed or complex installations. Your precision, craftsmanship and ability to interpret technical drawings will be key.

What We’re Looking For

- Trade-qualified Cabinet Maker / Joiner / Shopfitter




- Solid experience in commercial joinery or architectural fit-outs
- Confident in reading and working from detailed technical drawings
- Own a basic set of tools
- Strong attention to detail, finishes, and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
