We're growing our Sydney team and are looking for an experienced Civil Surveyor to join us on major infrastructure and transport projects across Western Sydney.

The Role
You'll manage your own projects while working alongside experienced surveyors who genuinely enjoy helping each other.
Typical work includes:
- Construction set out
- Survey control
- Earthworks
- Roads and drainage
- Pavements and structures
- As-constructed surveys
- Machine control support
- Quality assurance and conformance reporting
- Mentoring junior surveyors
No unnecessary micromanagement.
Just quality work with good people.
What We're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
- Degree or Diploma in Surveying
- Around 5 years (or more)
civil construction surveying experience
- Strong knowledge of 12d and 12d Field
- Experience working on TfNSW or major infrastructure projects
- Good communication skills
- A practical attitude and pride in producing quality work

Physical Requirements
This role involves:
- Working outdoors in varying weather
- Walking across uneven terrain
- Carrying survey equipment (up to 20kg)
- Climbing embankments
- Working around active construction sites
- Driving between projects
- Occasional overtime when required
