We are a high-end removalist company looking for reliable, physically fit, and highly skilled Removalist Drivers and Offsiders for a permanent roster starting 1 August.

Daily Duties & Tasks:
Expert Loading & Stacking: Must be highly skilled at maximizing truck space safely.
Tight, secure stacking is essential.
Wrapping & Protection: Proper use of moving blankets, plastics, and straps to ensure zero damage.
Residential & Office Moves: Loading and unloading residential homes, high-rise apartments, and office commercial spaces.
Assembly & Disassembly: Efficiently dismantling and rebuilding beds, desks, and tables on-site.
Must be comfortable and proud to drive our iconic, high-visibility pink trucks around Melbourne!

What We Offer:
Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 38 hours per week.
Driver Pay Package: $40.00 per hour (Total package including Base + Super).
Offsider Pay Package: $34.00 per hour (Total package including Base + Super).
Depot-to-Depot Paid: Paid based on the company tracking app from start to finish.

Required Criteria (Non-Negotiable):
Experience: Proven, robust experience in the removalist industry.
Driving Skills (Drivers): Confident navigating Melbourne CBD and tight spaces.
Communication: Excellent, fluent English skills for client interaction.
Availability: Full weekend availability is mandatory.
Living Arrangements: Candidates who already live together (e.g., housemates, friends,



or relatives applying as a team) are highly preferred.

Interview Process:
Step 1: In-person interview at our office location.

Step 2: A 2-day practical interview assessment. You will be out on the road (not on the job but with a supervisor) so we can evaluate your packing, loading, stacking, and actual removalist skills. This is not a training program—we only hire people who already know exactly how to do the job.

Pay: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour
