Business Services Accountant - Intermediate to Senior Accountant Position

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a portfolio of SME clients (trusts, companies, partnerships, SMSFs)
- Prepare and review financials, tax returns, BAS/IAS, CGT, and Div7A
- Deliver proactive tax planning and client advisory services
- Mentor intermediate and junior team members
- Contribute to firm-wide process improvements and client strategy
- Use cloud-first tools like Xero, BGL360, MYOB, and Microsoft 365

About You

- 5+ years in public practice with strong technical tax skills
- CA/CPA qualified
- Experienced in mentoring and reviewing junior staff
- Strong communicator with commercial awareness
- Tech-savvy with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
