You’ll work closely with an experienced Lawyer on sophisticated commercial and corporate transactions, advising a diverse range of SMEs, family businesses, developers and private clients.

The Opportunity

You’ll lead and manage a broad range of commercial matters including:





- Mergers & acquisitions - Business sales and acquisitions - Corporate restructures - Shareholder agreements and governance - Joint ventures and strategic partnerships - Commercial contracts and negotiations - Business structuring and regulatory advice - Property and commercial transactions This role offers significant client contact, responsibility from day one and the chance to become a trusted adviser to longstanding clients.

About You

You’ll ideally have

- 3-10 years PAE in commercial law - Strong transactional and corporate advisory experience - Excellent drafting and negotiation skills - Confidence managing client relationships independently - A practical, commercial approach to problem solving - A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships Why This Role?
