Little Genesis Early Learning Centre, located at Genesis Christian College, exists to nurture a love of Christ, a love of learning, and a love of life in children from 6 weeks to Kindergarten. Alongside this, our Exceeding-rated OSHC program supports children aged 4–12 in a vibrant, play-based environment.

We are seeking a Director of Childcare Services to lead both services—someone who will bring vision, direction and a deep commitment to Christian education in the earliest and most formative years.

About the role:

- Lead with clear, Christ-centred vision across Early Learning and OSHC
- Build, develop and support a team of dedicated educators to thrive in their roles
- Create a culture where staff feel valued, encouraged and equipped to grow
- Oversee operations, compliance and service excellence
- Partner with families and the wider College community in a spirit of care and connection

About you: You are a relational and visionary leader who is passionate about shaping both young lives and the educators who support them. You bring a heart for Christian education, coupled with the capability to lead teams with clarity, encouragement, and purpose.

The successful applicant will have:

- Experience as an OSHC Director, Early Learning Director, or similar leadership role
- (Aspiring leaders such as Assistant Directors are encouraged to apply)
- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or QCT registration)
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive,



values-driven leadership style that motivates and inspires
- Excellent knowledge of EYLF, QKLG, and early childhood frameworks
- Proven ability to manage operations, resolve challenges, and support staff performance and wellbeing
- Experience developing policies, procedures, and operational documentation
- A genuine commitment to the Christian mission and ethos of Genesis Christian College
