Experience - Minimum 2 years relevant experience in FOH Waitstaff within a café or restaurant environment in Australia - Excellent customer service skills and cheerful disposition - Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment Proven - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Weekend availability required Duties - Collecting Feedback to Guarantee Best Customer Experience - Creative Problem-Solving to Successfully Navigate Challenges - Ability to follow the in-charge staff.
