Commercial Litigation Lawyer The Opportunity

Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution & Litigation practice in Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of complex commercial disputes for national and international clients, listed companies, private businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. Joining a team-oriented and growing team, you'll gain exposure to sophisticated litigation across multiple industries while working closely with recognised leaders in commercial dispute resolution.

The Role

- Advise clients on complex commercial disputes and litigation matters.
- Act in contractual and commercial disputes, property and leasing disputes, and Corporations Act matters, including insolvency-related litigation.
- Advise on regulatory investigations, administrative law matters, insolvency and recoveries, and technology and intellectual property disputes.
- Prepare pleadings, submissions, evidence, and strategic legal advice.
- Manage litigation through all stages, including negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering practical, commercially focused legal solutions.

Ideal Candidate

- 2–5 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong experience across a broad range of commercial disputes.
- Exposure to property, insolvency, regulatory, administrative law, or technology disputes will be highly regarded.
- Excellent drafting, advocacy, and analytical skills.
- Solid commercial judgement and the ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy.
- A collaborative approach with a genuine desire to build a long-term career in commercial litigation.
