We are seeking compassionate and experiencedLicensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, medical detoxification and stabilization and is proficient inKIPU EMR documentation.

Responsibilities - Perform nursing assessments and intake evaluations

- Monitor and assess withdrawal symptoms (CIWA, COWS protocols)
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and patient status
- Document all care and assessments accurately inKIPU EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical team
- Provide patient education and emotional support
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations - ActiveLPN licensein the state of practice
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (detox,



behavioral health, or SUD preferred)
- Experience usingKIPU EMRstrongly preferred
- Knowledge of withdrawal management protocols
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Solid communication and critical thinking skills
- Medical detox or residential treatment setting
- Familiarity with CIWA-Ar and COWS scales
- Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing
