The Roles

New Car Sales Consultant

You will be responsible for:

- Delivering exceptional customer experiences from enquiry through to delivery
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
- Following up leads and managing customer relationships
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Representing the XPENG brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Trainee Sales Consultant

Perfect for someone looking to start a career in automotive sales. You will:
- Receive ongoing training and development
- Learn proven sales processes and customer engagement techniques
- Assist customers throughout their buying journey




- Work closely with experienced sales professionals and dealership leadership
- Develop product knowledge across the XPENG range

What We're Looking For

Sales Consultant Applicants

- Previous automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results
- Excellent customer service focus
- Current driver's licence

Trainee Consultant Applicants

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong people and communication skills
- A passion for technology, EVs, or automotive
- Professional presentation
- Current driver's licence or ability to obtain one
