About Host Company
This hosting company has a dedicated team of experts from advisors and accountants that ensure clients’ completion of their taxation requirements and were handled and reported in the most compliant and efficient way. They offer services for clients’ needs in Taxation accounting, business or superannuation but also provide Investment Advisory and Business Consulting.
About The Role
- Assistance with mail (this is a shared role in the firm)
- Scanning & photocopying client data
- Bookkeeping for clients (using online software, MYOB/Xero/Quickbooks)
- Assistance with the preparation of tax returns, financial statements, and BAS for clients
- Contacting ATO on behalf of clients and arranging payment arrangements, deferrals, and remissions
- Other client office duties as required
About You
- Must be technically knowledgeable on accounting software but basic knowledge will do as long as eager to learn those
- Ability to multitask
- Has a sense of urgency and ability to get work done
- Has valuable approach in dealing with supervisors and staff
- Has common sense and initiative to do the task without supervision
- Could work with the team and should adapt work culture
- Could report in 2 offices in Balmain and Bella Vista
- Commitment to work a minimum of 3 days per week for a 12 weeks period
