Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Casual Kitchen Attendant to join our kitchen team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, secure, and organized kitchen environment to support our chefs and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitise dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, benches, storage areas, and waste disposal areas
- Assist with basic food preparation as directed by chefs
- Receive and store deliveries following food safety standards
- Dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Support kitchen and Food & Beverage staff during busy service periods
