Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Hospitality skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal interaction and active listening.
- Experience with Food & Beverage and Hospitality Service, including order taking and table service.
- Ability to work as part of a team, with a professional and courteous manner in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of responsible service of alcohol and food safety standards (relevant certifications highly regarded), as well as any other venue-related certification.
- Previous experience in a club, bar, restaurant, or similar hospitality venue is an advantage but not essential.
