Working alongside a team of talented engineers and designers, you’ll contribute to a diverse and active project pipeline. Success in this position means the ability to provide leadership in the delivery of engineering solutions, manage large-scale projects, and foster team development while maintain high technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and review design documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and quality expectations

- Utilise CAD and 12D software to develop and refine technical solutions. Prepare and review construction methods to ensure design compliance (QA & ITP)

- Lead and manage multiple complex engineering projects from concept to completion

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil design and drafting, ideally within a consultancy environment. More experienced persons may be considered for senior roles and are encouraged to apply
