Auto & General is seeking an Investigations Coordinator to manage and coordinate claims investigations with external firms and to finalise claims to prevent fraud. You will maintain records, handle a personal portfolio, liaise with external services, develop plans, and ensure timely, compliant investigations that support customer outcomes.
As part of the Fraud Investigations team, you will review complex cases, decide outcomes based on evidence, and support Ombudsman processes.
