Senior Marketing Manager (Apartments & Mixed-Use Developments)
Location: Macquarie Park, Sydney, NSW
Job Type: 12m Fixed term Contract
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to alongside the Marketing and Customer Director direct the marketing functions of our Apartment & Mixed-Use Developments business unit. Operating out of our NSW headquarters, you will champion alignment between individual project marketing strategies and the wider business’s philosophies. This is an end-to-end role where you will transform goals into tangible, data-backed strategies and oversee their execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy for the business unit while providing leadership to Project Directors, Sales Managers, and a dedicated marketing team.
- Campaign & Content Oversight: Direct the creative process, advertising, PR, and digital media strategies (SEM/SEO, social media, collateral) to maximize customer engagement,
brand awareness, and ROI.
- Budget & Agency Management: Oversee unit and project-level marketing budgets and lead the management and review of external marketing service providers.
- Team Development: Support, guide, and mentor marketing team members to build capability, manage workloads, and foster skilled growth.
- Data & Process Optimization: Oversee data collection and reporting across all channels to continuously improve marketing systems, procedures, and cross-project messaging.
About You
- Proven Experience: Extensive background in senior marketing roles, preferably within property development, real estate, or high-end residential projects.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive lead generation, manage substantial budgets, and maximize return on investment.
