Eligibility

- Hold Australian or Current Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
- Have versatile availability across a 24/7 rotating roster, including public holidays (shift preferences are not offered).
- Commit to a 4‑week full‑time training schedule (Monday to Friday during business hours), commencing 31 August 2026.

About you

- Demonstrated customer service experience in a premium setting.
- Immaculate grooming and presentation.
- Strong mathematical calculation skills.
- Consistently punctual and dependable for all shifts and training.
- High level of integrity.
- Willingness to complete a physical assessment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (CSEL).
