Ready to lead the future of Osteopathy at Kinematics?

Our Senior Osteopathy appointments are consistently fully booked, and we're looking for an exceptional Senior Osteopath + Clinical Lead to lead and grow our Osteopathy service line.

This is far more than a senior clinician role. You'll combine a thriving clinical caseload with the opportunity to mentor practitioners, elevate clinical standards and lead a team of four Osteopaths within one of Melbourne's leading multidisciplinary allied health clinics.

Kinematics is building a new model of healthcare where person-centred, multidisciplinary care delivers exceptional outcomes. Our vision is to pioneer elite care for everyday performers while creating a more rewarding future for practitioners.

If you're passionate about clinical excellence, leadership and developing others, we'd love to hear from you.

Why Join Kinematics?

Lead a growing service line

Take ownership of our Osteopathy service line, leading a team of four Osteopaths while working closely with our Head of Clinical Development to continue growing and evolving the service.

Rare opportunity to combine hands‑on clinical practice with genuine leadership responsibilities, supported by ongoing coaching, mentoring and leadership development.

Collaborative leadership environment

Join a supportive Clinical Leadership Team, partnering closely with the Physio/Clinical Pilates Lead, Physio/Strength Lead and Remedial Massage/Myotherapy Lead to drive clinical excellence, strengthen our integrated model of care and contribute to strategic initiatives across the business.

Receive personalised mentoring from Dr Jim Webb (Physio, Osteo & Head of Clinical Development), alongside regular leadership coaching and in-house professional development.

A workplace you'll enjoy

- Custom-designed consulting rooms, two Clinical Pilates studios, a fully equipped gym, infrared sauna, coffee machine and a supportive team culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
- 50% off treatments
- Annual retreat and regular social events
- Modern facilities in the heart of Richmond

What the Role Looks Like

Deliver an exceptional clinical caseload

Provide high-quality Osteopathy consultations using a holistic, evidence-informed approach.

Longer appointment times (60-minute initial consultations and 30-60 minute follow-ups) to maximise outcomes without burnout.

Opportunity to deliver Clinical Pilates and/or Strength + Rehab sessions, depending on your interests and experience.

Build and maintain a thriving caseload.

Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary practitioners to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Lead the Osteopathy service line

You will:

Lead, mentor and develop a team of four Osteopaths through regular coaching, mentoring and performance conversations.

Drive consistency in clinical standards, client experience and evidence-informed practice.

Support practitioner development, career progression and performance reviews.

Partner with the Head of Clinical Development and collaborate closely with the other Clinical Leads to continually improve clinical systems, pathways and service delivery across Kinematics.

Support recruitment, onboarding and mentoring of new Osteopaths.

Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow the Osteopathy service line.

Work alongside the Clinical Leads on multidisciplinary initiatives, professional development and strategic projects.

Build relationships with local referrers and help increase awareness of Kinematics' Osteopathy services within the community.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines outstanding clinical capability with a passion for leadership.

Bachelor or Masters Degree in Osteopathy (preferably completed in Australia or New Zealand).

Current AHPRA registration.

Qualified indemnity insurance.

Minimum five years' private practice experience.

Commitment to a minimum of 30 hours per week , recognising this as a key clinical leadership position within the business.

Excellent manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Passion for continuous learning and multidisciplinary practice.

Highly regarded

Previous leadership or mentoring experience.

What We Offer

Competitive remuneration

- Transparent remuneration package reflecting your clinical expertise and leadership responsibilities.

Reward for performance

- Longer consultations and premium consultation fees allow you to maximise income while delivering exceptional care.
- Recognition and reward for high performance, including:
- Quarterly Osteopathy Team Performance Bonus – earn additional income by developing a high-performing Osteopathy team, with bonuses directly linked to the performance and growth of your service line. As an example, a team of four full-time equivalent Osteopaths achieving 85% utilisation would generate >30k in annual bonus payments.
- Annual Business Profit Share – eligibility to participate in our business-wide profit‑sharing program, recognising the collective success of the Kinematics team.
- Benefit from dedicated leadership coaching and personalised mentoring from Dr Jim Webb, one of Australia's most experienced Physiotherapists and Osteopaths, with over 30 years of clinical experience across elite sport and advanced clinical practice.
- You'll also work closely alongside our Clinical Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning, practitioner development and the continued evolution of Kinematics' multidisciplinary model of care.
